Fig Media Inc. Elizabeth
and Tom have a special place in their heart for Arlington Heights. Being the town
where Elizabeth grew up and the town they bought their first home in, it only
seemed fitting to choose this town to be the celebration location for their big
day! The ceremony was held at Elizabeth's childhood church- St. James Catholic
Church.
After being sent off with bubbles, the newlyweds boarded a trolley
with their bridal party for pictures in special spots- the downtown park, the
train station where they board daily to go to work, and their new house. Guests
enjoyed cocktails at the Metropolis Ballroom where the bride and groom later joined
up with them.
The couple chose a soft palette of powder pink and clover
green for dresses and flowers. Place cards were placed in a bed of soft green
grass with a tall arrangement of pink roses and green hydrangea centered in the
bed. Each table was decorated with a cube of matching flowers arranged by The
Flower Studio.
Being huge dog lovers, especially to their own Penelope,
a special place in their wedding had to be made for her. The tables were numbered
with a picture of Penelope holding a number. At each guest's seat was a sugar
cookie decorated as their furry friend. Tone Productions provided the entertainment
to keep the party going. |
